Memorandums of Understanding
Eight MoUs between FELCA
and Schools Associations
The number of Memorandums of Understanding between FELCA and National school associations for the mutual recognition of the quality of accredited schools and agencies is growing…
The first two MoUs proposed by FELCA were signed in November 2024 with IALC, the International Association of Language Centres, and the Maltese FELTOM. The purpose of the MoUs proposed by FELCA is primarily the mutual recognition of the professionalism and value of schools and agencies that are part of national associations that guarantee quality and compliance with rules in order to offer students the best possible service and to maintain the relationship between schools and agencies as fair and collaborative as possible. After the signing of the first two MoUs, in 2025 followed those between FELCA and Languages Canada, CAPS-I, English UK, English USA, Groupment FLE and FDSV. On the basis of these Memoranda, which do not deal with commercial agreements, by their nature part of the MoUs signed by the individual national associations of agencies and schools, FELCA proposes to develop a series of joint actions with school associations to make the collaborative relationship even more effective and profitable for the benefit of students and the effectiveness of the Education at Language Abroad sector.
