12th Felca Annual General Meeting – London 2009

Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Agent Associations will be held at Alphe UK on Friday the 4th September 2009 at 9AM.

Survey of agent members of your association

On 1st July, you will be sent the address for an online survey. You should send this to all your members immediately so they can complete the survey, which will be anonymous. The collated results from these surveys will be used by Yamada-san in his presentation at the Felca-Gaela meeting on the 4th September. Gaela will be doing exactly the same survey, which will be presented by Sue Blundell.
