The latest moves from FDSV were agreed at the association’s recent spring members meeting, held in Duisburg.

  • One of the agreements at the meeting was a change to the FDSV guidelines about maximum number of participants in class, which the association previously stipulated as 15.
  • The association has also agreed to start issuing an ‘FDSV inspected’ certificate to partner schools overseas that have been successfully inspected by the association.

  • Following the meeting, FDSV hosted the ‘Shaping the Future’ conference in collaboration with four other associations from the youth travel sector, which welcomed more than 100 participants.
  • The association also confirmed Alpha Aktiv Language School in Heidelberg as a new member in the inbound division of FDSV. (www.alpha-heidelberg.de)
